I don't know at all, but I hope the organization in New York has a steep adoption fee, cuz, like you said, I would hope that would make the adopter more serious.. My wife just told me about another Basset Hound that needs a foster, so I have this feeling we're going to have another one in the next day, or so.. But, I don't know if I'm ready for that.. and I know our two Beagles are kind of enjoying the extra attention..
