seriously........

Sounds like Marvel Studio is pretty much rewriting her origin story for this movie anyways

I know very little about captain Marvel as well

When I was still reading comics back in the 80's, Monica Rambeau was Captain Marvel , and a member of the Avengers ,



even though Carol Danvers character has been around since the 70's , she was always known as Mr Marvel , it's only in the last few years that she's actually been Captain Marvel



I believe she's like the sixth person to take up that name, and I don't really know much about any of them , the only time I ever ready any of their stuff is when they crossed over into a Spider-man comic , or just flipped through their comic at the grocery store while waiting for mom..................lol

But from what I read , their pretty much just redoing her origin story for this new movie anyways ,

It was first believed that Jude Law would be playing Mar-vell , who was the second Captain Marvel ,but now there is some confusion and some believe he is the main villain in the movie , he could still be Mar-vell , just gone bad , we'll have to wait and see on that one ,

the black female pilot with Carol Danvers in the trailer is Maria Rambeau , who is the mother of Monica Rambeau who was Captain Marvel back in the 1980's , but would only be a little girl in this movie

so if thats not confusing enough.....................lol



and yes , thats Ronan from the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie

but yea, we may all be better off going into this move not knowing anything , otherwise , we would probably just be wrong anyways..............lool
