But first, glad to hear you've cleared yourself of the Hep C. I remember when you talked about it and the incredible cost.
Now. . . ever since my "condition", I've been on a mission that it would never happen again. As a result, I may have the most boring diet in the world. It consists primarily of salmon, tuna, egg whites, chieken breasts, leafy greens, oatmeal and whole wheats of any kind. along with choleterol busting olive oil and canola oil. I try to stay as salt free as possible. And as I'm now retired, I also have the luxury of being able to go to the gym and hour and a half a day, five days a week.

Go to any fast food website lilke Hardee's, McDonald's, etc. etc. and read the nutritional values. In some cases, one supersized burger can have all the fat, calories and salt of an entire days allowance. And that's before fries. . . and a supersized drink.
On the plus side. . . one of the best
