These physicals are very in depth. Even do sonograms from neck to privates. My lower cholesterol needs to drop and they also, via sonogram, found mild plaque in my lower Aorta. Was simply told to eat better (My Wife and I actually started to do so a couple of months ago) I was told that having some plaque is common with age. I'm 51. The lady told me the trick with age is to KEEP it at the mild level. Liver and pancreas fat could be a tad better too. I did stop my Gin n Tonics a few weeks ago (LOTS of sugar + alcohol) Have to admit, I was drinking those too much. Lately, been keeping any alcohol to every other weekend.
Not bad for my age but I have been so used to having "GREAT" results across the board. Just have to adjust to my age. I ain't 25 anymore. Gotta listen to Mama.......Old age ain't for sissies!!!
