I'm going to give #1 to France. They earned it.
2. I'll go with Belgium
3. Brazil but with this note: Belgium and Brazil I consider basically dead even.
4. Germany
5. Croatia
6. Uruguay
7. England
8. Argentina
9. Spain
10. Portugal
So ok... I admit it, I didn't give that a LOT of thought... (just trying to have some fun).... but it is where I would rank them. I'm sure we are different... and probably my most 'unpopular' rank will be ranking Spain so low..... but I just was not impressed with Spain... they had a few 'moments', for sure... but I can't recall a complete half in which I thought I was seeing a WC Championship contender.
