I changed out a light fixture in my dining room and the old tan paint from the orognal owners paint was showing when I removed the old receptacle. I had the ceiling painted white in 2016.
So I have the exact same paint (I'm 100%) and painted over the showing paint and it seems to not match perfectly (the 2016 repaint vs my touch up). Is it because I am matching it with a paint job from 2 years ago? Is it because there is a vent nearby that has slightly changed the ceiling color?? HELP!
