England vs Belgium... Belgium continues to impress me. Resting players they still played very well... same for England.

I agree with both Ferragamo and RamUK, (if I'm reading them correctly), that a case can be made that England got the better 'group' in the knockout round but probably not the better first match in the knockout round... which I believe is:

England vs Columbia &
Belgium vs Japan.
