Of the four I mentioned that I have cooked in my smoker thus far I'd have to say the Brisket was the best. I love smoked salmon but I kind of messed that up... overdone. My biggest problem being not the smoking itself, which couldn't be easier, but:

I will get back to you on the exact recipe. Boston cut shoulder is also called Pork Butt, though in this case, words mislead. In terms of flavor and overall dining pleasure, it is everything everyone says it is.
I usually keep it simple and do it with a store bought rub. It's local and highly recommended and Amazon has it: [www.amazon.com]
