Won it today. My grandson is one happy kid.... just a soph, got NO playing time today but got maybe 5 minutes a game thru the season. He was feeling like it wasn't his championship but I slapped him silly and explained things to him. 
Funny thing.. worst game I've seen them play of the year today... BUT... I could tell Bakersfield Christian wasn't on their game either... came down to who made the fewest mistakes of many. But a Championship is a Championship, right? Kerman's first since 1995.
Now State... but ehhhh, my grandson is also on the Varsity Baseball team who is now underway and not doing well, they could use him. Love playing in the State but still wish the two sports didn't overlap so he'd be getting some baseball playing time right now. In baseball he has a very good chance of being a starter.. IF he can start practicing with them soon. - JamesJM
