Stumbled on this one earlier today... can't remember when I first heard it, a long time ago for sure, and since I already 'knew' the specifics when it was said in the following manner it caught me by surprise.
"Cleopatra's time on earth is closer to the founding of McDonald's than it is to the building of the Pyramids". Sure, if you've studied history at all you saw the math.. but were you really 'aware' of that fact?
Here's another... Christopher Plummer, and Martin Luther King... are/were the same age as Anne Frank. Now be honest... do you put Anne Frank in the same era as Chris and Martin?
