Tv would turn on and then turn back off again. If I wasn't watching the TV and knew my dog stepped on the remote, I would have gotten a new TV. Like if I got up to get a drink and walked back in not knowing my dog stepped on the remote... and then the TV would come on... I would have said "this TV has had a good run, tine to replace it"...
I had to look online and then after hours there was one last post on a forum from a guy who said "try this"... And to push all the buttons in the right order at the right time was a struggle, especially since the buttons are on the TV and they don't always work... lol... But I got my TV to come on and stay on... it has happened several times since and I know the routine.
The only downside is that I don't have a new and better TV, lol
