There were times that I thought that was all I was doing.

Actually... more than once I made myself sick from eating so much. It went like this, "No.. I'm stuffed, no more food. I can't eat anymore.. I'm done, I'll eat again when I get back to California, maybe. Don't bring up food again, please, the very thought of it..... what? Mussels in a cognac sauce? Well, maybe a bite or two".

And here's some advice... never go into a local pub in England and think you can hang with the locals drinking ale.. you can't. Lord knows I gave it my best shot but every time I tried there came a time when I had to hang my head in defeat and surrender. - JamesJM
