Chowchilla gets moved up to Div III and the reason? They were winning. They are smaller than Kerman, still in Div IV, and I think all other Div. III schools.
I don't know how they can work it out.... or even if they can. Year after year a school with a 500 population is never going to compete with a school with 3,000 students BUT... there is always, even if rarely, that 'one' year when they probably could. I don't have an answer... just would be nice to see the best teams playing each other. - JamesJM
