The first two rabies shots weren't bad at all - I think one was above the navel and the other was even with it.. the third, which was was about 3 inches below the navel hurt extremely bad - worst pain imaginable.... I always figured it was due to the location more than the meds since the first two weren't bad.. I never did look into why that one hurt so bad.. as far as I knew, they injected the same stuff every time, but I dunno for sure.. I think they do a completely different type shot in the arm, now... weenies....

Penicillin, on the other hand, hurts really bad no matter where they stick you...
