Cuz American gelato rocks and if Italian is better, I may hafta consider buying bigger pants.. I do the same thing with gelato that I do with regular ice cream.. I smush it and stir it enough with a spoon so that I can whip it until its smooth as silk.. So much better than eating it straight all clunky-like... Dunno why, but to me it sure tastes better that way..
