a vast untapped market.
Ever been to Italy and had Gelato? If so, you know this:
I have never met a single person in my life that has been to Italy and had gelato that does not say it's the greatest ice cream on earth. That's because, it is. and they do very little in the way of toppings, or mixing. Chocolate is chocolate...perhaps dark, light, but still chocolate. Vanilla is vanilla. Cherry is cherry.
Italian gelato is better than American gelato.. this one I don't get. It's true, but why? All i can think of is that if you're a citizen in the USA and you're in Italy then you're in a very good mood and far more receptive. OR:
Maybe it actually IS the ingredients... fresher? Different cows? I don't know.
