Re: Hurricane Irma

I have an uncle in Miami and an aunt, uncle and cousins on Pine Island (near Fort Meyers), and all say they are staying put. As of this morning, it appeared that Pine Island could take a direct hit from a category 4 with significant storm surge. The aunt is my mom's sister, so needless to say, my mom is extremely concerned, especially with the decision to stay put. Tough and uncertain times for a lot of people in harm's way.
