Friend of mine recently posted this photo of his first car.
Gorgeous, IMHO. 1953 Chevy.
I've never owned a classic car... but oh man would I like too. I'd like to own one like this: 1948 Chevy Sedan. Reason: This was my Dad's first family car AFTER I was born.
For what it's worth.. this is the vehicle I learned to drive in, (well, not THIS one, one like this one).
I had to stand up on the floorboard to reach the pedals. (almost still do). I was good. Before the age of 11 I could 'power shift'... no clutch.
