I'd guess that having seen every episode of MASH the episode I saw the least I've seen 5 times. 
A favorite simply isn't possible for me to choose. I loved both episodes mentioned above. I think my all time favorite 'line' in MASH was said by Co. Potter, "Fig Newtons and Scotch, yum yum".
BJ showing up the first time was a great episode. Hawkeye and Hotlip's romance another. I loved all the "Holiday" themed episodes. The practical joke episode, (couple of them).
Hell, I loved them all.
