Yup.....

About 4 months ago me & my girlfriend took a mini-vacation to Vegas. One night on old Fremont Street we were having a really good time. Just people watching, and listening to some great street bands. Suddenly about 40 feet away, a fight breaks out. Within about 15 seconds two young men beat a guy (maybe in his 50's) senseless, and took of running down a side street. I don't know how many people ran up to the injured guy as he was on his knees, senseless, and bleed like crazy from his nose, and began recording him. My girlfriend went into the first store, and told the clerk to call for help. Me and one other guy knelt next to the victim, and spoke with him until help arrived.

And still...., people were taking video.
