Just found out that I have next week off from baby care duty so I suggested to Frank that we go see "Dunkirk" during our free week. Frank and I have been together 17 yrs and we've never been to the movies together. We never, ever go to movies. We watch a lot of movies at home courtesy of Cinemax, HBO, STARZ, and SHOWTIME through our cable provider. We usually just wait for current movies to show up on cable rather than see them in the theater. But Dunkirk has gotten such terrific reviews that we thought we should probably splurge and go see it. I know it's showing in several formats so I did some research and found there's only one theater in St Louis in which to see it in the ideal format of IMAX 70mm. We hope to go see it on Monday.
