I know I've spoken harshly of DirecTV in the past...

But it's only fair of me to point out that last week when I called to discontinue service they hassled me not in the least. A few minor "what if we.... yada yada"'s but very few... and they obligingly cancelled my service.

But that's not the best part. After cancelling service they have lowered my bill from $200 per month to $150. Top that you "Free Sunday Ticket" boasters. laughing smiley

  i reported DTV and ATT to the BBB shortly after I cancelled.
