When, OFTEN, I'd have a medium (WHOLE) Dominoes pizza for lunch, go to the sports bar for dinner and have wings and a burger washed down with beer. Have a check up a few days later and the Dr says... "YOUR NUMBERS ARE GREAT!! Keep up whatever your doing!" LOL
I still eat in a similar manner to my 20's. My numbers aren't great....but my doctor doesn't like that my numbers are good for a 53 year old, 255lb man.
