Anyone ever done the Nascar Racing Experience?

Am thinking about getting a session for my father in law, who is a mechanic and has helped me TONS with my TR7.. They have a ride along at top speed for 6 laps with an instructor, or a drive your own Nascar for 5 minutes.. I'm leaning toward him driving, although I know he won't hit top speeds because he is conservative..

Just wondering if anyone here has ever done it and has recommendations for it.. We're not Nascar people, but in being a mechanic, I thought he'd get a hoot out of it..
