I'll say this Gator....I have the eating habits of a teenager and I will 54 later this year. I weigh in at 255lbs give or take 5 lbs. After I had my colonoscopy a few years ago I felt very energetic. Flushing nout that crap from my body was envigorating.....so there is that.
