I'm the opposite of you guys. I can drink and drink........anything from water to coffee to ice tea (and I love coffee and ice tea) or vodka and only pee about three times a day. It's almost camel like, only peeing-wise not drinking-wise. I drink fluids throughout the day.
I always pee in the morning, and almost always down an entire bottle of water in about 15 or 20 seconds usually right after I stand up after getting out of bed or moments after the morning pee. I literally chug it down to get water into my system right away since it's had none for hours while I am sleeping. If I pee three times the rest of the day it's normal.
I think what you are drinking makes a BIG difference and most of what goes in me is water. The only time my pee is dark yellow is those occasional times when most of what goes in me is vodka or I have been doing something strenuous over a long period of time and I really sweat a lot. I'm not a "sweater" unless I am exerting myself for a long time. I can go 60 minutes on a treadmill at 3.5 to 3.7 at an incline and not end up dripping with sweat.
My bladder probably has stretch marks on it from holding it in!
