my favorite.. not sure I have a favorite. For the most part I like resolution. Even if it's bad, sometimes anyway (I prefer happy endings).
The Birds.. spoilers coming up, although I can't imagine that anyone has NOT seen this movie.
There isn't one, per se. They simply drive off leaving the entire mystery unexplained.
When I first saw that I was IRATE... "YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME". But soon following as I pondered the film, (which I always do with movies that intrigue me), the more I came to appreciate the ending, and Hitchcock.
BTW.. I didn't see your choice... I'm going to watch it.
