pure rain the last few days.. We just finished installing a concrete curb under a new privacy fence in the back yard.. Well, if you don't install "weep holes" in the concrete for drainage, your back yard ends up 6" under water.. I was in the back yard with a 5 gallon bucket throwing water over the fence trying to keep the flooding down..
