but not the same watch.. Mine is a G Shock 4765.. Solar powered, sets its own time by satellite.. Really cool when you take it out of the box - it immediately sets its own time via satellite or something.. Th only headache is factoring in time changes when you move from one time zone to another.. but that's only for trips..
Its great dive watch - probably my favorite dive watch ever, so far.. I think I pad $125 on eBay for it a few years ago.. I would buy another if this one crapped out..
I have had resin bands on several of the G-Shock/ Casio's I have owned and the watch shifts to one side of my wrist. It drives me crazy Brother....but they are working ones so it isn't too bad.
I like that watch you have and looked at buying it a few years ago. I prefer analog, but don't mind if digital is added to it.
Speaking of dive watches, I have always thought the G's made good ones due to the black resin band and watch body cover. I remember reading a story about a man removing barnacles from a docked boat. He was wearing a silver banded watch and with his arm movement coupled with sunlight reflections....it triggered a barracuda attack that took his hand. After reading that it made sense due to using silver type of spoon baits that fish will go after.
