I remember almost rambling on here back then. I was SO scared and worried. Then one day, I get THE best news I have ever heard in my life and then the next day, my Brother passes. A roller coaster I never want to ride again! ANY distraction I could find helped. Because for about 3 weeks, minutes seemed like hours, while waiting on results to tests and labs.Alcoholism, what took out my Brother, runs RAMPANT in my family. Those three weeks was proof that I am not one or will be. Don't get me wrong, I can put down some gin n tonics, Fireball or Mich Ultras. But during that time, anything other than water almost made me sick. Heck, I even avoided my HILARIOUS jokes!
But I could come on here and talk "Favorite Rams MNF game" or whatever and shake my stressed world for a few moments. It was very healthy.
