We booked the dives with Nautilus.. Nautilus has a deal with Best Western Resort Palms (whatever its called) for a special rate of $139 a night - with marina view - for people who are booked on the Nautilus boats.. We were told to contact a guy named Kyle at the resort.. Well, he kept blowing us off, putting us on hold, not calling back etc.. My wife eventually booked the two nights there we needed, but was told they no longer give the discount to Nautilus customers, so she had to pay full price - $201 a night - for a room with a view of the parking lot..

So, I go check travelocity and expedia and they BOTH Are offering marina view rooms with they same resort for $142 a night! $3 above the "special rate" for Nautilus that the resort REFUSED to give us.. So, I just booked both nights through travelocity and then my wife cancelled her booking..

Is that ridiculous or what?
