Yes we opted out of the original settlement as we were advised to do so by our attorney.
They gave us the option of taking the deal with no legal fees or fighting on in a battle they 'strongly' thought they could win. However, they did warn us that there may potentially be fees.
Maybe they will be looking to charge if they lose?
And yes, there is a second class action of hundreds of people who opted out. At the moment the fight it to bring it to Florida because the laws will favor a higher payout.
Other than that I have no clue Waterfield, I'm a total idiot on this stuff and just take advice.
