I finally have gotten off my sagging butt and started getting the TR7 Spider restored.. Replaced the convertible cover, got the front end completely rebuilt with all new bushings and rotors and brakes, just got the new stereo installed yesterday.. Next Tuesday she goes tot he mechanic to install two new Weber carburetors in her - its mainly to fix the auto choke that the old versions have - it sucks!
January 19 I take the seats to Sue at ASM Upholstery in Dallas.. Some of you may have seen her on the show Fast and Loud where she does the interiors for Gas Monkey in Dallas.. She is hilarious.. I was supposed to take he stuff to her last week while I was in Dallas for surgery follow up but had to cancel because Torrie got sick.. So, January 19 new seats custom made to look like the original Spider seats..
Then, all that is left is new paint... and we're done... I'm getting excited about that......
