We lost power over night and it's been flickering all morning, but the worst is over.
Our patio flooded, but we're on one of the few hills in the area so nothing made it inside.
It has been pretty impressive and we're still under curfew and getting really strong wind gusts that bend the trees almost horizontal.
The one thing I wasn't prepared for was the noise. It was intense at times very early this morning. Noise doesn't tend to kill you so it's not something I heard mentioned and thus expected.
It looks like Jacksonville is going to get it much worst than we did.
