One of my all time favorite seasons as a Dodger fan!! I think I enjoyed this season even more than the 13 season.
Quite an accomplishment to win the division again with the absolutely unreal number of injuries they had. At one point, they had 7 starting pitchers on the DL, SEVEN!! And I'm sure you all know the rest of the injuries....unreal that they were able to stay above water, let alone win the division.
And I think alot of credit for this season HAS to go to Roberts. What an incredible job he did, under the circumstance, and in his first year to boot. He absolutely HAS to be manager of the year doesn't he?
I don't have a whole lot to say about Friedman...lets just say that I've been very underwhelmed with the job he has done so far. I think they are winning almost despite him, although you do have to give him major credit for hiring Roberts.
And what a perfect final home game for Vin Huh? Wow, what a capper to this great season. I think this team has a real, legitimate shot...fingers crossed.
