Theaters better get a grip!!!!

Saw "Sully" last night. In the theater, it was me...my Wife.....and MAYBE 5 other people. Our movie started at 7:15. PRIME time for a movie! Why are people not going??? For just me and my Wife, to walk in and each have a medium popcorn and Coke........ FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS and change????? The last time I went to a movie, Popcorn was about $5.65. Last night, $6.09 It's that .09 that cracked me up. Talk about squeezing pennies from people. And just like last time, we were only second in line at the concession......In a complex with 24 screens! I walked out happy because the movie was really good but my days of going to the theater on a whim are DONE!
