Like you I have messed with them sometimes. Trying to see how long I could keep them on the phone until they finally lost it.

I like to pretend I'm following their instructions but not finding the 'menus' they want me to click. One can keep that up for a long time, if you sound sincere. Once, when doing this, and after I knew the guy was about to give up... I switched up on him and told him I was on a Mac computer, (which I was)... he was elated - started again from scratch with 'new' instructions specifically for a Mac. I don't remember how long I kept him online, or what it was that finally drove him nuts.. but I do remember he cussed me out.
