last night I broke a covenant that I have held stead fast for 15 years.
I pulled for the Pats.....
Now I'm not a hater by any means, just always have pulled for the other team...
My wife (after giving me a long and bewildered stare) jumped up, ran to the medical cabinet, returning with a thermometer and a blood pressure cup, then demanded I change the channel.
Get this....
I have just returned from getting fitted with a heart monitor (all is well, had two events this spring and two corrective procedures here in San Antonio) as a precaution due to fluttering. Upon learning that I am a RAMS fanatic, he suggested I not watch the game........right
Ok, I stopped the cigars, scotch, chicken strips, hot pockets and taco's, walk 3 miles a day, only red wine (YUCK, but I'm learning)....but there ain't no way in Hell's half acre........
So tonight my Rams brethren I will be watching with ya'll, knowing that I am not alone...
(with a fire extinguisher, just in case it has a lithium battery)
