Not enough warning. Gonna cost me. I'll have to get express shipping when I go to Cabela's and order my thermal long-johns.
Today our high is supposed to be 96... that's 4 degrees under 100, positively chilly. This morning was "Breakfast With Grandparents" day at the school... so I was there at 7am, in a short sleeve shirt, felt like I was in Nome.
While at the school my youngest grandson, Elijah, introduced me to some of his friends... welll, not face to face - he pointed them out.
"The boy in the yellow T-shirt that's Lupe, he cries every day".
"The boy with the green backpack, he's always in trouble".
"The girl with the red shoes - she likes Derek".
This was very interesting to me because, as an adult, in my world, I know their exact same counterparts. - JamesJM
