magnets in the gutters when they see me coming, not really, I do throw some but when I actually do bowl nowadays (after my knee replacement) like most physical endeavors I pay close attention to uprightness LOL, I do not want to fall.
I really do wish I had the space like I had before to build or at least still be into the train building where I could leave the effort in tact, not having to put it away somehow.
I looked into the N scale myself but it's just a bit to small for me to want to work on. HO at least is tolerable when it comes to the really small stuff like replacing springs in car couplers, if one of those little springs takes off when you're installing them you don't even begin to look for it, ya just grab another one out of the box and start over
HO scale is IMO the most satisfying, realistic looking and fun to work with then any of the modeling I've done and I've done a lot.
It's all good though, any form of modeling can be very self rewarding, time consuming and great therapy in respect to relaxing.
