cure to the annoying Siciliano issue with your fantasy solution I can rest easy.
Believe me, my childhood was just like yours. I lived oh about 2 miles from what I'd call the business district of the city I was born in and lived most of my adult life.
After the Navy stint and getting married I did move further from my child digs but I do remember almost every Saturday from the age of about 10 until I got a car my last year of high school taking that walk down main street to go to one of the three theaters that I basically grew up in.
I remember one of them always tried to outdo the other two competitors with price cutting, Saturdays if you were under a certain age you could get in the theater for 9 cents, see 3 flicks along with probably 6 cartoons. Now that's what I call the good old days.
With fifty cents in your pocket and nothing but time life was good for the entire day
Man are you spot on about how humans tend to mess up everything they can at least for everyone around them. I try my hardest to avoid, time and schedule every move we make into bazzaro world so we miss as much of their disrespecting fogging as we can. Unfortunately I doubt it's going to get any better any time soon either.
One win this year would be all I need to stay hyped and this is that one game, let it happen Monday night
