The movie..

As Good As it Gets with Helen Hunt.. He's basically a decent guy with some sort of illness that makes him quite the Dbag.. but when he takes his meds, he's ok.. I've always thought that in that movie, even when he's been a good guy, he definitely has a certain "evilness" about him.. Think its his face.. He get the most evil faces practically by doing nothing at all.. Kind of eerie when he's being a good guy, but with those evil smirks...
