I don't have rotator cuff problems, but both shoulders are extremely jacked up, pain-wise, from my neck.. as are my arms and especially hands.. So, I feel ya and hope you can get relief.. Looks like I have a two cervical disc fusion in my immediate future - about 2-3 weeks..
