Another short Ramsrule update....

I pm'd Ramsrule's wife on Facebook, asking about how he is doing and she replied:

Troy is doing much better. He is listening to his body now and trying not to be superman. Tell eveyone on the board we greatly appreciate all the prayers for his recovery. I'm sure he will be back on the message board soon. Thank you are checking on him!!
