a handshake used to be all you needed because people trusted each other.. The Waggoners owned the property forever and if they leased the land out to people to build on, people trusted them not to pull the rug out from under them.. and they didn't for decades.. But, unfortunately they sold the property and the new owner had other plans for his newly acquired property - which I'm sure will not be to take the lake to its natural state, as he claims..

That's his decision and his right as property owner.. But, he really should give these people more time to make arrangements - most are retired with little to no income and can't afford to move their houses or buy new ones...
