I saw many, one very nice one, but in general nothing extraordinary... again, HERE. And I have very good, dark, skies. Average, I would call it. Unfortunately we're in a long dry spell in which the 'predictions' have not been good.

I recall one quite spectacular one in the last ohhh, 30 years or so. Of course, backpack to the top of any high mountain in the Sierra Nevada's and every night is a good night.

And yes, i will continue to watch them all.... it's coming. - JamesJM
