I have no idea what is happening... some kind of curse or something.
Meanwhile, I have never had it easier. They usually offer me stuff without asking, lol. One year to same time I got NFL ticket free the next season so I wouldn't have to call back... I did have to call back though but I told them I was supposed to get it free. The lady put me on hold and came back on and said, yes it is in the notes from last year... But I saved no time.
That said, DTV no longer holds any value to me, so unless they give me everything for like $35/mo there is no way I am staying. I've already paid my $99 to NFL gamepass...
