I took a great deal of satisfaction with that DirecTV phone call because I really don't think I could have scripted it any better. 
As I just replied to Rambler - I was expecting to get all the Ram's games even without Sunday Ticket so I was most likely going to drop it no matter what. When they screwed up and billed me the wrong amount it just hastened my calling them to cancel.
As the boondoggle unfolded during my call I readily admit I smiled often while thinking, "Oh I HAVE to post this".
