But dang it, it's true. Every man in my immediate family, no exceptions, wants SOUND... can't have enough speakers, volume CAN be too loud but rattling the windows certainly isn't the max.

Every woman in my family, no exceptions, HATES surround sound or volume or extra speakers... and a ¼ inch speaker from radio shack that costs 25¢ is MORE than enough.

In my experience the above applies to every family I know.

My wife is leaving for Alaska this Saturday... a cruise, Ladies trip. I can't wait. 2 years ago maybe? - - - - I retooled my surround sound.. new speakers, receiver, side and rear speakers.... never heard them as yet.... but when my wife departs on Saturday OH MAMA.... I can't even imagine watching a movie and being able to hear the dialog, which in some movies I hear is quite good if not a must. - JamesJM
