Whew, depends on the person...

For me personally it would be worth it for the history. The Olympics were held there, many memorable USC games, Dodger games when they first moved to LA, etc. etc. And I'm NOT a USC or a Dodger fan.

But that's me. Without that.... and if trips out west will be few, I'd probably wait. If it will be your ONLY trip.... then I think wait for the new stadium.

The coliseum itself you're going to get a range of opinions... Ram23, for example, HATES it with a passion. <smile> For me I kind of like it, aesthetically, although I admit it's not great for watching football games. The area around it, (but note: been a long time since I was there), is not good... but very nice places are somewhat close.

Going to the Coliseum equates to visiting 'yesteryear'. Some like it, some detest it. - JamesJM
